Based on comments from industry, the Electrical Regulatory Authorities Council (ERAC) has developed a final Regulation Impact Statement (RIS). The final RIS has now been signed by 7 State Ministers responsible for electrical safety.

The ACMA has come to an agreement that will result in the replacement of the C Tick Mark and A Tick Mark by the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM). The new arrangements are planned to come into force in 2012. The C Tick and A Tick will be phased out by 2015.
